The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. The location, attached to a now defunct weaving factory, adds a charming and unique element to the experience. The staff provided dispassionate efficiency in both the restaurant and event area, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spacious rooms, particularly those with a terrace and direct access, were well-appointed with a vast bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast, featuring fresh baguettes and croissants, was a delightful start to the day.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were flawless.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's charm and character. The owners have done a fantastic job renovating an old royal factory, giving it a contemporary twist. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with direct access to a terrace that offers stunning views of the old trees. The hotel also has its own restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious meals in a lovely garden terrace. It's the perfect place for a relaxing break, with a charming village nearby, filled with narrow streets, bookshops, and small restaurants. I can't wait to go back and spend a few days here.
Everything was just perfect.

The rooms were quite spacious and the hotel was in a great location, close to bookshops and small restaurants. the breakfast was definitely a highlight with fresh baguettes and croissants, and the owner/manager was charming and attentive to our needs.
The hotel seemed to be in a little bit of disrepair, and the landscaping could use some work, as there were leaves and weeds scattered throughout the property. we had some trouble locating the entrance and were unable to check in until after 4 pm, which was a minor inconvenience, but still frustrating.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was quite an extraordinary experience. the room had a spacious and modern bathroom, plus a terrace that provided a great view of its surroundings. the location couldn't be better; it's located in a charming village that boasts unique bookshops and galleries. Waking up every morning to the sound of the village coming to life was really special.
The breakfast was overpriced and could have had more variety. the hotel could have also done some renovations to maintain cleanliness.

Located in a charming village near Carcassonne, this B&B offers a unique experience with its converted old maison de maitre and defunct weaving factory. the spacious and modernized rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering direct access to the terrace. the restaurant serves delicious traditional French breakfasts and dinners, while the village is known for its galleries and bookshops with many interesting works to view.
One reviewer mentioned an issue with their room not having a balcony or terrace, despite the property description stating that it did.
